Photographs of the wall or slope from several angles, the approximate height and length, the age of the structure if known, and any soil report or original drawing. A note of what changed recently, such as a new roof downspout, a cleared tree or a new driveway cut, is often the most useful single item because it points to the mechanism behind the distress.
Yes. The yard is in West Jordan and most projects sit within the valley, but we travel for retaining structure and anchor work where the scope justifies it. Travel time and site attendance are stated in the proposal before work begins, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
